While I have to agree that dealing with corporate customer service is completely frustrating and hardly worth the bother, I've never had an issue with the Pittsburgh, New Orleans or Miami locations. I've rented from all three places multiple times and they always took care of any issues that came up.
On one occasion, they didn't have the specific bike requested (it was there but had a mechanical issue), but we always got an equivalent ride. Kudos to those guys, they're the best.
I just wish Pittsburgh was a Club location. Seriously, if you want a problem taken care of, talk to the local franchise.
