Ï purchased a vehicle from this dealership in August. Since then, ï sent two referrals who also purchased a vehicle.

Terrance Carter who said he was the General Manager, stated ï would receive a $200 incentive per referral within a couple of days after they purchase a vehicle. As of today, Ï haven’t received anything. 2 weeks ago, ï contacted the dealership, after repeatedly contacting Terrance with no response, to get an update and spoke to two different sales reps who stated they would relay the message to Julie, Rick and/or Terrance. Ï never received a call back so ï called once a day until ï finally reached Julie (the owner) who immediately was unprofessional telling me they knew nothing about an incentive and she would talk to Terrance and give me a call back.

Ï, again, never received a phone call back. Ï spoke to Julie a week later who was still unprofessional saying she has not communicated with Terrance and Terrance was not directly part of the company and they do not have $200 referral incentives. Earlier this week, Terrance stated a check will be ready for me to pick up. After contacting the dealership to see if it was ready, they stated they knew nothing about a check and proceeded to tell me they would speak to Terrance/management.

As of today, No one has called me to give me a further update or offered to give me any type of incentive for both referrals.

This company is unprofessional, unorganized, and dishonest and does not know how to communicate within their team. Ï will never do business with them again, especially not Terrance who has been completely dishonest.
